What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, you tell us your name and email address, and — only if you choose to fill them in — your company, phone number, the type of project, your site location, and a message about what's happening on the project. Those are the only details the form asks for.
We don't run advertising or social media trackers of our own on this site, and we don't sell your information.
What we do with it
Your enquiry is used to reply to you, to arrange a call, and — if we go on to work together — to deliver, document and bill for the job.
We don't add you to a marketing list, we don't pass your details to anyone for marketing, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Where your enquiry goes
It is saved to this website's own database and emailed to our inbox so the right person can answer it. Your address is set as the reply-to, so a reply comes straight back to you.
Our website, database and email delivery are run by service providers acting on our instructions, and some of them may store data outside the United Kingdom.
Stored enquiries sit behind a sign-in that only our own team has access to.
If you sign in
This site has a separate sign-in area for our team. If you do sign in, your browser keeps sign-in details so you stay signed in, and those details are cleared when you sign out.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the job and keep proper business records such as invoices.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask us to move it somewhere else. You can also withdraw any consent you have given, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
